Technical Service Desk Administrator: Travelport

Work in a 24x7 data center, in the operations command center operating TPF Mainframes.  Candidate would be responsible for operating the mainframe, resolving issues, incident handling, and change execution. 

 The candidate will be responsible for operating TPF and ZTPF mainframe’s, resolving issues, addressing incidents and executing changes.  

TPF (version 4.1) experience is required; ZTPF knowledge is desirable; TCPIP knowledge is required; VM (virtual machine) is desirable; MVS knowledge is desirable;    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess information under stress and make decisions during incidents and affect resolution.TPF Systems Internals knowledge and / or experience
  • Ability to work 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
  • Travel Industry Experience is desirable.
