Make sure the candidate can provide information for the following:
Demonstrate/communicate their Prowess in development skills in TPF Easily discuss their development background and methodology How successful have you been in the following:
Development skills Team experience Project experience Work Habits Experience with Business/End Users Interaction with other developers/development team Interaction with the testing/testing team etc. Be able to answer and communicate “Why would someone want them to perform TPF Development work?”
This question must be answered and easily communicated… “In other words, what makes them desirable?” Requirements:
TPF Developers must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in TPF Programming/DevelopmentThe TPF experience must be CLEARLY stated in the experience section of the resume Certifications are always desirable, but will not make up for experience less than 5 years.
